I have 18 years experience of dealing with Environmental impact assessment as an Environmental Health officer working for the London wide borough councils. Dealing with environmental impact assessment, Air quality, contaminated land and using ADMS urban Modelling.

Throughout the course of my career I have adopted the enforcement Concordat, which provides a basis for fair, practical and consistent policy and procedure. This has been achieved through the implementation of standard procedures and the flexibility that my extensive experience gives me. I have dealt with many difficult and demanding situations requiring an immediate knowledge of environmental law.

As an Environmental Health officer and as a freelance Environmental Health Consultant. I have been engaged as an enforcement officer in many different roles and in many difficult situations over a sustained number of years,  the majority of which have been as contaminated land officer for the majority of London based borough councils and for the most part dealing with planning application of contaminated land and environmental impact assessment.

I have made a number of court appearances in the course of my duties and given seminars to councillors and governmental officials alike. These related to Environmental Crime and Environmental Health issues associated with environmental impact assessment.  The workload I undertook was varied and extensive and quite often very large in volume.

As an independent expert I have given advice and consultations to solicitors, landlord, council and the public on a range of environmental Health issues such as:-

·        Contaminated Land under EPA part IIa and EPA part III

·        Water Pollution Controls under Water Resources Act 1991 part III

·        Prosecution and defence evidence under Section 82 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990;

·        Defective drainage under section 59 of the buildings act 1984 

·        Defective and dangerous premises under Building Act 1984 and EPA 1990 part III

I am a professional Environmental Health expert specialising in environmental impact assessment, with a wide range of experience, who has the power to deliver a proficient fast service while remaining a professional ambassador to the company I am contracted to.
